SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand schedules change, so the Florida Sterling Council will accept substitutions at any time using the Substitution Form.  If a substitution is not available, requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Florida Sterling Council on or before March 17, 2023.  A 25% cancellation fee will be charged against the entire registration amount for every cancellation received by March 17, 2023..  All cancellations must be in writing, and all refunds will be issued by check after the conference.  No refunds will be considered after March 17,2023. for any portion of the conference.
