SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand schedules change, so the Florida Sterling Council will accept substitutions at any time using the Substitution Form.  A substitution fee of $75 will be charged for each substitution made.  If a substitution is not available, requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Florida Sterling Council on or before April 26, 2013.  A 20% cancellation fee will be charged against the entire registration amount for every cancellation received by April 26, 2013.  All cancellations must be in writing, and all refunds will be issued by check after the conference.  No refunds will be considered after April 26, 2013 for any portion of the conference.
