SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY:
80% refund will be issued for Criteria 101 and Criteria 102 when request is made in writing no less than 30 days prior to training date.
Refunds will be by check and issued after the workshop is completed.

The Florida Sterling Council will accept substitutions in writing with no fee at any time prior to the beginning of the last advertised Criteria 101 class.
