These courses are highly interactive with live discussions with your instructors and other students. It is delivered via the Zoom platform. You will need a Zoom account (free of charge at www.Zoom.com) and a computer equipped with a webcam, microphone and speakers/headset in order to participate.

Once a Series is selected, you cannot change series. Each Series is limited to 35 registrants on a first come first served basis. Once a series is full, it will disappear from the registration form.

80% refund will be issued for Criteria 101 and Criteria 102 when request is made in writing no less than 30 days prior to training date.
Refunds will be by check and issued after the workshop is completed.
No refunds for Evaluating Applications or Examiner Training.
The Florida Sterling Council will accept substitutions at any time prior to the beginning of the last Criteria 101 class.
