Registrants for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course must have completed the Lean Six Sigma Advanced Yellow Belt training (Yellow Belt, DMAIC, Project Management) prior to the start of the Green Belt training. We do not accept single person teams for this training. Those attending Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, must have a minimum team of three attendees per project. Substitution / Cancelation Policy
1. Substitutions will be accepted at any time BEFORE first class start date IF replacement candidate meets course requirements.
2. Cancellations are accepted 10 days before first class date, subject to a 10% processing fee.
3. After the course starts, there are no refunds or substitutions and registrants are subject to entire course fee. Registrants may make-up sessions in a future class offering.
4. Registrants who fail to attend without advance notice and approval, are liable for the entire course fee.
5. FSC reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule courses and to change instructors. Please be advised that in the event of a course cancellation, we will not be liable for travel-related expenses.
